We shall oversee and manage the policies and procedures for the dental practice.    

We shall oversee and manage the delegating of managerial responsibilities for both clinical and non-clinical team.  We will assist with hiring and firing.  Team overhead will be monitored with recommendations on how to get back within budget if necessary.  

We will oversee and manage the purchasing of all dental and office supplies needed by the practice.  A budget will be implemented along with a process to ensure the budget is adhered to.  

We shall oversee and manage your marketing services.   We will analyze the return on investment for each marketing source and make recommendations on which ones to continue.  

We shall oversee and manage payroll and employee benefits 

We shall manage and supervise accounting services of the dental practice.  

.We shall oversee and manage all expense as to control overhead.  We shall review and analyze all expenses including but not limited to lab fees, insurance costs, dental supplies, office supplies, subscription services, etc.   The goal is to get the practices overhead before doctor pay to 50%

The practice will receive a 1 hour call per week with the team or team member of choice for training.  

Monthly reporting will be submitted and reviewed with the doctor.  Along with this report will be focus areas and an implementation plan.  

Once a quarter your dedicated business operations specialist will be onsite to observe in person and conduct a meeting with the entire team.
