Our Coaching/Consulting Services starts with a Comprehensive Practice Evaluation. This will be the baseline for our implementation of Services
Each Month the practice will be presented with an implementation report and three areas of focus to improve the offices overall profitability.
The practice will receive a 1 hour call twice a month with the team or team member of choice for training.
Monthly reporting will be submitted and reviewed with the doctor. Along with this report will be focus areas and an implementation plan.
